Xoriant Launches Multimedia Apps Service Line by Acquiring MooWee Inc.
Xoriant Corporation Announces a Definitive Agreement to Acquire Privately-Held MooWee Inc.
Sunnyvale, CA (Business Wire) November 30, 2010 : Xoriant Corporation, a leading software product engineering and product consulting services company, today announced, a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held MooWee Inc., of Los Altos, California. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded by two Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, Kris Harikrishnan and Dhaval N. Shah, MooWee provides products and professional services (under TvAppsRus brand ) for next generation multi-media and multi-screen applications.
Kris and Dhaval will form the Multi-Media Applications Division at Xoriant and help significantly expand Xoriant's foray into mobile and web/social media applications.
